This is what it looked like on Monday:
Apparently remodeling the kitchen is the next project on our list...current plans include removing walls (done) and adding an island so the kitchen is open to the living/dining room, removing the ceiling fan and adding recessed lighting (done), new cabinets, new granite tile counters, new ceramic tile floors and new sink and dishwasher. Got to love tax refunds!

Well, it occurs to me, at this rate of improvement (Aubrie's room, kitchen, etc), you should have this house all updated and ready to sell for a tidy profit and move back to Buffalo in oh say, just under 2 years? Excellent! Good plan.
Wow, that's amazing! I also had to look a couple of times to understand the enormity of the project! So what's next on the list of projects? Baby #2's room? Alex? Ryan? Jackie???? :-D hehe
